The mission of Ball 4 a Cure is to unite communities to support pediatric cancer patients and their families through financial assistance, compassion, and awareness.
About the Organization
Ball 4 a Cure is a nonprofit that began as a community basketball fundraiser and has grown into an organization devoted to helping children with cancer and their families. They operate the Ball 4 a Cure Family Support Fund at Connecticut Children’s Hospital, which provides financial help for rent, utilities, medical equipment, and other essential needs so families can focus on caring for their child during treatment. Ball 4 a Cure also hosts events and programs that raise awareness and bring communities together in support of pediatric cancer patients.
