My name is Rachel Windom, and I am the founder of Rise Again: Light After Dark, Hope Over Hurt, a healing centered platform dedicated to mental health awareness, suicide prevention, addiction support, and compassionate community care. My work began from a place of personal loss, lived experience, and a deep understanding of what it means to navigate grief, trauma, and the long road back to yourself.
