I provide compassionate, structured support for individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and end-of-life transitions.

As a grief integration coach and funeral companion, I support families before, during, and after services helping to ease emotional overwhelm, provide clarity in difficult moments, and ensure no one has to navigate these experiences alone.

My work focuses on what often goes unaddressed: the emotional and practical realities that arise after loss. I offer one-on-one coaching, in-person funeral companion support, and guidance that helps families move through grief with intention, dignity, and steadiness.
